Women Who Speak
VOICES is a non-profit company created by the World Economic Forum Global Shapers, Cambridge and Dublin Hubs.
VOICES believes when women support each other, we can cross the bounds of gender inequality in public and professional spaces. Through hosting courses, events and online communities, VOICES creates authentic safe spaces for women to
Speak Up, Speak Loud and Speak Together.
Our Vision
To have more women accessing professional opportunities.

Diversity & Inclusion Statement
VOICES activities are aimed at participants who identify as a woman, in order to create a safe space in which questions about the topic can be addressed. In principle, however, we consciously welcome participants of all genders, too. We further believe that inviting female speakers is key in providing role models and inspiration to participants. Yet, we sometimes consciously invite speakers of all genders, if we are confident that they address the topic mindful of diverse perspectives. VOICES believes it is important to live diversity. Language creates reality - including written language. Accordingly, we strive to be linguistically inclusive as well. If you have ideas on how we can do even better here, please contact us directly at voicesproject2019@gmail.com!
